This privacy statement explains what information we gather from you, how it may be used by us and how it is protected. If you have any questions, please contact us. If you request information from UrbanPride45.net through our online forms, we ask for and store the business-related information you provide (such as name, email, corporate profile, etc.) to assist us in responding to your request. This information is used for business contacts only. We will not knowingly collect or use personal identifying information from children younger than 13 without parental consent.

We gather and collect information regarding your company and payment method relative your your printing and mailing needs. None of this information is bought, sold or otherwise shared or distributed with any third parties outside of UrbanPride45.net/Urban Dreams Design Studio personnel or their affiliates. UrbanPride45.net/Urban Dreams Design Design will not sell or otherwise distribute any personal information about you or your business, including your name, mailing address and email address, to third parties. We will contact you only if you have placed and order, requested information, or asked to be notified of new products or services, provided by us.

UrbanPride45.net/Urban Dreams Design Studio is the sole owner of the information collected on this site and our store sites. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. UrbanPride45.net/Urban Dreams Design Studio collects information from its users at several different points of the order process at our various store sites. All is information is under the strictest confidentiality clause.

Security:

In order to maximze the protection of your information, UrbanPride45.net/Urban Dreams Design Studio uses state-of-the-art technology to protect your data from use, misuse, or alteration by unauthorized third parties. Currently, we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, on all of our store sites, to protect your data and secure your transactions. SSL encrypts all your personal information, including your credit card number, name, and adress, as it it transmitted over the internet.

Site and Service Updates:

We occassionally send our clients site and service announcement updates. We communicate with our clients to privide requested services and in regards to issues relating to their account via e-mail.

Notification of Changes:

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes to our website, so our clients and potential clients are always aware of what information we collect, how we use and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If at any point we decide to use personal identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify users, via e-mail. Users will have a choice to use or not use their information in this different manner. We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected within the limits of the law.
